A venture capital firm built on timing and conviction

Kaironex Ltd is a venture capital firm headquartered in Dublin, Ireland. We invest in ambitious, technology-driven businesses and work alongside their founders as they grow from early traction to lasting scale.

Our name comes from “Kairos”‚the decisive moment. We believe that great companies are built when the right idea, the right team and the right capital come together at the right time. Our role is to recognise that moment and to commit to it with conviction.

How we work with founders

We do more than provide capital. From the first investment through every stage of growth, we work alongside the founders we back — offering strategy, access and experience, with a commitment measured in years rather than quarters. Here’s how we contribute.

Investing

We provide equity capital to private companies at various stages of their development. Each opportunity is assessed on its own merits: the strength of the team, the size and dynamics of the market, the durability of the product, and the path towards sustainable growth.

Supporting

Capital is only part of what a company needs. We work closely with the teams we back – on strategy, hiring, commercial development, governance and preparation for subsequent funding rounds – bringing an experienced, hands-on perspective without displacing the founders who set the direction.

Connecting

We open our network to the companies in our portfolio: operators, advisors, prospective clients and co-investors across Europe and beyond. Introductions made at the right time can change a company’s trajectory, and we make them deliberately.

Long-term commitment

We take a patient view. Value in private markets is created over years, not quarters, and we structure our involvement accordingly – remaining engaged through the phases when the work is hardest and least visible.
